SHIPPING

All items shipped may have a signature confirmation required. D’Kiss Entertainment (dba RentaGent) will determine which item will require a signature confirmation based upon the cost of the items (usually over $100) as well as the payment method. If you wish that no signature to be required we need in writing a statement indicating that you will accept full responsibility for the loss or damage to the item, prior to shipping. Signature confirmation is a method to ensure that you will receive the item and will be able to examine the packaging for damage and if the item is damaged to be able to refuse the item. If there is no one available to sign for the item a second attempt will be made by the carrier to deliver the item. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier prior to second delivery to arrange appropriate timing. If the item is returned to RentaGent for failure to sign for the item then you will be responsible for the shipping costs to redeliver the item back to you. If you choose to cancel at that point, you will be charged the shipping costs paid by RentaGent to ship the item to you, and we will waive the restocking fee.
